With a Midas touch for winemaking and a commitment to reducing carbon footprints, he is pursuing a PhD in global leadership and change to revolutionize the industry. Embracing a philosophy of minimal intervention, Hobbs champions "No B.S." winemaking, employing wild yeast and minimal additives, including just a touch of sulfur.
