Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship wine to most U.S. states where Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipping is permitted. At this time, we are unable to ship to the following states:
    Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Transit Times: Most shipments arrive within 1–5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on carrier and destination.

  • Adult Signature Required: By law, an adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive and sign for alcohol shipments. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended. We also offer the option to set your package for pickup at a nearby secure pickup location for added convenience.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free.

    • Wine Club Members: All Wine Club orders always ship free.

    • Promotions: From time to time, we run promotional offers that may include free or discounted shipping.

    • Other orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and method.

  • Tracking: Once a label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Returns & Replacements

Due to federal and state alcohol laws, we cannot accept returns of alcohol products once they have been delivered. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will make it right if there’s an issue.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Damaged in Transit: Bottles arrive broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.

  • Incorrect Product: You receive the wrong items compared to your order.

  • Quality Issue: The wine is corked, spoiled, or otherwise unfit for consumption.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mysa.wine.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We may be able to cancel or edit your order if fulfillment has not started.

  • If fulfillment has begun at our 3PL (e.g., picking/packing/label creation), cancellations are subject to a $20 processing/restocking fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
