Oriol Artigas, a native of Vilassar de Dalt within the Alella appellation, stumbled into winemaking serendipitously after initially aspiring to become a chemist. However, a transformative harvest experience in Penedès redirected his path towards enology, leading him to work at various wineries across Catalonia before teaching enology at a local university. This stability afforded Oriol the opportunity to pursue his true passion: revitalizing old coastal Alella vineyards. His mission involves crafting transparent, non-interventionist wines that reflect the nearby Mediterranean, infused with the essence of garrigue and sea salt. Situated just north of Barcelona, Alella boasts a rich viticultural history, though its vineyard area has diminished over time due to urbanization.

A cult winemaker in Croatia who has the utmost respect from his winemaking peers, the wines of the Enjingi family are traditionally miraculous! Nothing has changed their winemaking philosophy, neither history nor social and political climate in which they were made. Winemaking has always been tempted by unpredictable nature, but hard working and experienced people learned how to take advantage of it. Through the years and the generations they have established an authentic winemaking tradition. The Enjingi family celebrates well over 117 years of winemaking. No matter how strongly they follow their own tradition, their success turns to be a modern guide in the whole wine-growing area. -Vinum

"Located in the Planina-Vipava valley, between Mediterranean and Alpine climates, Zmago Petrič carries on the traditions of his family – a family with generations of history in wine making. A proud winery covering 12 hectares, they take the local environment seriously: certified organic and biodynamic through Demeter, they treat the land like their own kid and grow predominantly indigenous varietals: zelen, pinela, and rebula along with some international varietals. At 33 years old, my journey into the world of wine began with a university course focused on the Sébastien Brunet estate, renowned for its organic practices in the AOC Vouvray, spanning from 2006 to 2008. It was during this time that I crossed paths with Mathieu Cosme, another advocate of organic viticulture. In 2013, seizing the opportunity, I joined forces with Mathieu to embark on a new winemaking venture at Domaine "Le Facteur". Over the years, I've reclaimed ownership of vineyards in the AOC Vouvray and expanded our footprint with 2 hectares adjacent to the AOC Côteau du Loir. Committed to organic principles, our cuvées are either certified or undergoing certification, with a steadfast aim of achieving 100% certification within the next three years. - Domaine Le Facteur

Olivier Cohen, a dynamic winemaker hailing from the Hérault region in the Languedoc near Montpellier, is the visionary behind Les Vignes d’Olivier. His repertoire boasts an exquisite rosé and an array of captivating red wines.

Initially immersed in the wine-selling scene, Olivier's journey took a pivotal turn while working at renowned natural wine bars like La Part des Anges in Nice and Vinivore nearby. It was here that his ardor for natural winemaking ignited, propelling him towards his own viticultural pursuit.

Seeking mentorship and hands-on experience, Olivier ventured to Corsica to collaborate with the esteemed Antoine Arena.
