A Word From Our Founder

Hey there,

Your May Red Club lineup is here, and let’s just say—it’s moody in the best way. These four reds are deep, expressive, and made for slow evenings and meaningful pours.

We pulled together wines that speak to where they come from—and to that part of you that loves a red with a little soul.

Here’s what’s headed your way:

🔥 Stara Kupaža from Tenuta Est – Earthy, bright, and full of Balkan soul. It’s got a rustic charm that’s impossible to fake.
🍒 BonBon from Vukušić – A light red that’s juicy, joyful, and super drinkable. Serve it cool and pour generously.
🌌 Miscéllanée from Domaine Montluzia – A silky, thoughtful red from southern France with that quiet power we all love.
🖤 Haut-Médoc from Château Saint-Paul – Classic Bordeaux, but with a MYSA twist—bold structure meets minimal intervention.

This box is about slowing down. Letting flavors linger. Remembering that red wine isn’t just for winter—it’s for connection.

We hope these bottles give you that spark, that pause, that smile you didn’t know you needed.

With gratitude and good grapes,
— Holly

P.S. Let us know your favorite—we love when the club feels personal, and your notes help us keep that going.

Club Pick 1

You ever stumble on something so wild, so beautifully unexpected, that you just pause and think—how is this real? That’s Stara Kupaža. A red wine born from the lush, rolling hills of Timok, Serbia.

This bottle is a field blend fever dream—we're talking Prokupac, Blaufränkisch, Začinjak, Vranac, Crna Tamjanika, Pinot Noir, Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Riesling all dancing together. Yes, red and white grapes!

This is ancestral winemaking at its finest. Zero intervention. Just grapes, wild yeast, and time.

Eggplant parm or a big ol’ plate of lasagna, smashburger, grilled portobellos, or Thanksgiving leftovers. This wine isn’t picky. It just wants to hang.

Right off the bat, you get this lifted, juicy burst—wild berries, crushed violets, a little black tea edge and this almost savory note that keeps pulling you back in (like that one moody song you always put on repeat). The texture? Dreamy. It’s got that silky-soft grip, like suede on your tongue, with just enough wildness to keep things exciting. Finishes like a forest breeze after rain. It's soulful, not showy. Unexpected, yet totally familiar.

Where the vines are wild, the wines are soulful, and life slows down just enough to feel it.

Tucked into the sun-drenched hills of Italy’s Adriatic coast, Tenuta Est isn’t just a winery—it’s a heartbeat. A place where nature leads, people listen, and wine is made with that rare mix of intuition, grit, and grace. This is a project born out of deep gratitude for the land, a little rebellious spirit, and a whole lotta love.

At Tenuta Est, they don’t follow trends—they follow the seasons. Every bottle reflects the joy of slowing down, the magic of imperfection, and the quiet confidence that comes from doing things your own way. No additives, no overthinking, no fuss—just honest wine with soul.

From their fresh, punchy whites to reds that feel like your favorite worn-in sweatshirt, everythin

BonBon is a juicy, sun-drenched gem from the Dalmatian coast, made from Plavac Mali — Croatia’s beloved native grape (think of it as Zinfandel’s rugged, seaside cousin).

This is natural wine with zero pretense — just pure joy, family roots, and wild, sun-ripened flavor bottled with love. It's called BonBon for a reason: it's sweet in spirit, not in taste.

Slow-roasted pork carnitas tacos with a hint of spice and lime, BBQ ribs, smoked brisket, or a backyard burger with caramelized onions.

This red is rustic in the best way, bursting with wild cherry, dried fig, cracked pepper, and a bit of that Adriatic sea breeze. There’s a soft grip from the tannins, like a sandy hug after a day on the beach, and a whisper of smoke and dried herbs that keeps things cozy and deep.

It’s a wine that feels like listening to Fleetwood Mac on vinyl while watching the sun go down with your favorite people. Unfiltered, untamed, and totally unforgettable.

Tucked along the rugged, sun-drenched coast of Dalmatia, the Vukušić family doesn’t just make wine — they bottle joy, tradition, and a whole lotta heart. This is a tiny, passionate operation where every grape is picked by hand, every bottle tells a story, and everything is done with a kind of soulful ease that only comes from generations of doing things the right way — not the fast way.

Their vibe? Think: your cool uncle who surfs in the morning, grills at sunset, and always has a great record playing in the background. That’s BonBon. It’s a love letter to Plavac Mali — Croatia’s sun-kissed, wild-hearted native grape — and a toast to life’s simple, beautiful moments.

The Vukušićs aren’t trying to impress you. They’re just genuinely stoked you’re here, sipping something they poured their

Miscéllanée brings together earthy Carignan Noir and plush Lledoner Pelut in a jammy, slightly funky (in the best way) natural red. This isn’t your buttoned-up Bordeaux or a cocktail-party Cab—it’s the bottle you open barefoot on the porch, laughing with friends and soaking in the moment. Unfiltered and full of character, it finishes silky smooth with a quiet nod that says, “I got you.” It’s raw. It’s real. It’s natural.

Jamón, patatas bravas, mushroom pizza, eggplant parm, lamb tagine, spicy couscous, smashburgers, grilled portobellos, BBQ tofu.

Juicy cherries, wild strawberries, dried herbs, black olive, and cracked pepper meet rustic warmth and fresh energy.

Founded in 2022, Domaine Montluzia is still young—but don’t let that fool you. Adrien bought his first vines at 19 (yeah, 19!), and together with Saskia—who started out as a harvest worker and became his ride-or-die in life and winemaking—they’ve built something beautiful. Their connection to the land runs deeper than most; a twist of fate revealed Adrien’s grandfather was a winemaker from this very region. Destiny? Maybe. Either way, it’s goosebumps stuff. Their 24 hectares are fully organic, and with biodynamic certification on the way, they treat their land like a living, breathing thing. Horses plow the older vines. Minimal copper and sulfur. No shortcuts, no ego—just real, honest farming and wines that hum with clarity and light.

Unfussy, soulful, and rooted in the earth — classic Bordeaux with a natural vibe.

This one’s got depth without drama — dark fruit, crushed herbs, a little cedar, and just the right amount of wildness. It leans more forest floor than flower shop, more old leather-bound novel than bright berry pop. The tannins are polished but still a little gritty, like a good conversation by candlelight. No heavy makeup here — just structure, balance, and time doing its thing.

Minimal intervention, maximum character. Grown slow, made honest.

Drink when you’re feeling grounded… or when you need to be.

Smashburgers, ribs, risotto, lasagna, carne asada, mole chicken, short ribs, bulgogi, lamb kofta, roasted eggplant with tahini.

Blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, earthy tobacco, leather, and pencil shavings with green pepper, dried herbs, smooth tannins, and a long, dry finish.

Once upon a vine-covered hill, nestled just next door to the historic Chäteau Charmail, there was a little collection of wooden farmhouses that made up what is now Chäteau St. Paul. No stone castle, no fancy façade—just rustic charm, red clay, and a lot of heart. The name? Even the owners aren’t sure where “Saint-Paul” came from, and honestly, that just adds to the mystery.

Fast forward to today, and the Liquard-Goudet family has done something kind of beautiful—they’re bringing the old neighbors back together. Under the “Grand Charmail” project, they’re reuniting three legendary plots (Charmail, Saint-Paul, and Bardis) to create one continuous stretch of certified organic vineyards. It’s like a homecoming for the land, and Saint-Paul is bringing its own personality to the table: a little
