Club Pick 1

A fresh and elegant Grenache from the organically farmed Hongell Vineyard near Tanunda. The old vines grow on Biscay clay soils and are hand-harvested before fermenting with native yeasts, including a portion of whole clusters. The wine macerates for three weeks and ages in neutral French puncheons for nine months, resulting in a bright yet structured Grenache that highlights purity and balance.

Club Pick 2

An organic Merlot from the slopes of Mount Olympus, showing a rustic and natural style rooted in the terroir of Tyrnavos. The grapes undergo a long maceration with skins and stems before spontaneous fermentation, followed by short maturation in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered with only a small amount of sulfites, this is a lean, savory expression of Merlot with freshness and earthy depth.

Club Pick 3

A lively, fruit forward Syrah from Clos des Mourres that leans fresh and lifted in style. Made from organically farmed vines and vinified with a light touch, it shows the darker fruit and savory tones of Rhône Syrah in a gentler frame. Juicy texture, bright acidity and subtle herbal notes keep it easy and versatile.

Club Pick 4

A classic Burgundy Pinot Noir from organically farmed 40-year-old vines in Saint-Bris. The vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils and have been certified organic since 2012. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and undergo a short cold maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. The wine ages on fine lees for 6 to 10 months, resulting in a fresh and precise expression of Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and gentle structure.
