A fresh and elegant Grenache from the organically farmed Hongell Vineyard near Tanunda. The old vines grow on Biscay clay soils and are hand-harvested before fermenting with native yeasts, including a portion of whole clusters. The wine macerates for three weeks and ages in neutral French puncheons for nine months, resulting in a bright yet structured Grenache that highlights purity and balance.
