Club Pick 1

A varietal Cabernet Franc from the Sentio organic estate in Pécsely, grown on limestone and sandstone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently destemmed into open fermentors, with partial semi-carbonic maceration. After 10 days, the wine is pressed and aged for 11 months in large oak barrels. Bottled with nothing added, it shows a pure and expressive style.

Club Pick 2

A chillable red blending Pinot Noir from Finnigan Hill in the Chehalem Mountains with Mourvèdre from Yakima Valley. Both sites are farmed organically, bringing freshness and clarity to the fruit. Hand-harvested grapes undergo whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration for one to two weeks, followed by spontaneous fermentation. The wine is finished with minimal sulfur and no other additions, keeping the profile bright, lifted, and easygoing.
