The cellar door, housed in the historic Church of Pokolbin, offers a diverse range of wholly estate-grown wines alongside a unique salumi bar. The Hunter Valley, located about 120 km north of Sydney, is one of Australia’s oldest and most renowned wine regions, with a winemaking history dating back to the early 19th century.
