Juicy, chillable, and made for food. Glou Glou 2023 is the 7th release of this laid-back red built for pizza, burgers, and BBQ. Made from organically farmed Zinfandel, Carignan, Sangiovese, and Valdiguié, it’s a fresh and vibrant blend with great acidity, low pH, and soft tannins.
A mix of carbonic maceration, traditional fermentation, and reverse saignée techniques bring complexity and lift. Aged in both stainless steel and neutral barrel, then lightly sulfured and filtered for clarity and pop.
Expect red plum, raspberry, hibiscus, and cocoa powder, with spice and freshness throughout. Serve slightly chilled and don’t overthink it. This one’s built to glou-glou.
