Constantina Sotelo
Constantina Sotelo - AlbariĂąo, Spain

"Constantina Sotelo is a small winegrower from the Rias Baixas who makes unique albariĂąos in a family micro winery that is located in a village in the SalnĂŠs Valley, specifically in Castrelo (Cambados), a place known as the birthplace of AlbariĂąo.

We started this project in 1999 driven by the support of the whole family and headed by Constantina Sotelo, a project that has not been exempt from setbacks, concerns ... but with the conviction of creating something unique and unconventional, where we return the prominence that our vineyards deserve, reflecting in each glass respect for our terroir, where honesty and minimal intervention reign.- Constantina Sotelo"

Domaine Gross
Domaine Gross - Alsace, France

Our vineyard operates in harmony with the principles of biodynamics, prioritizing the cultivation of grapes that exhibit exceptional aromatic expression. Each harvest is meticulously conducted by hand across our estate, with rigorous sorting taking place in the vineyard to ensure only the finest fruit makes its way to our cellar. Employing gravity to gently transport grapes, our direct pressing method safeguards the integrity of each cluster, facilitating a slow pressing process that spans between 6 to 18 hours, meticulously preserving the essence of the grapes for wines of unparalleled finesse. Alternatively, for maceration wines, both whole and de-stemmed bunches undergo a three-week fermentation process in contact with the juice.
