A clean, low intervention Agiorgitiko grown in clay and limestone soils at 350 meters in the Peloponnese. Hand harvested and given ten days of skin contact before fermenting and maturing entirely in stainless steel, it shows a pure and bright expression of the variety. Fresh fruit, gentle structure and a smooth, easy drinking profile make this an approachable everyday red.

An organic Merlot from the slopes of Mount Olympus, showing a rustic and natural style rooted in the terroir of Tyrnavos. The grapes undergo a long maceration with skins and stems before spontaneous fermentation, followed by short maturation in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered with only a small amount of sulfites, this is a lean, savory expression of Merlot with freshness and earthy depth.

A skin fermented Arinto from Hugo Mendes that balances freshness with gentle texture. The grapes ferment and age on skins for around six months, building phenolic grip while keeping the wine bright and mineral. One of our best-sellers and a benchmark Sicilian rosé from Mount Etna’s volcanic slopes. The 2024 Susucaru Rosato blends Malvasia, Moscadella, Catarratto, and Nerello Mascalese from organically farmed vines. About ten days of skin contact and full malolactic fermentation give it depth, texture, and that signature Cornelissen energy—bright, savory, and mineral, a rosé that drinks like a light red.
