A Word From Our Founder
Hi friends,
March in the white club brings a sense of openness and energy. The wines this month lean into clarity and aromatics, showing how white wines can feel vibrant and expressive while still remaining relaxed and easy to enjoy.
The selection moves through a range of styles that highlight both brightness and texture. Some wines feel crisp and lifted, offering refreshing citrus and mineral notes, while others show softer floral and fruit-driven layers that unfold more slowly in the glass. Together they create a lineup that feels varied but still harmonious.
These bottles are made for the kinds of moments that arrive naturally this time of year. A glass poured while the kitchen fills with dinner aromas, something chilled to share with friends, or a bottle that carries effortlessly from the first sip through the meal. They offer freshness and character without feeling complicated.
Each wine comes from growers who approach their work with patience and attention to the land. Careful farming and gentle winemaking allow the grapes and their origins to speak clearly, resulting in wines that feel authentic and alive.
Thank you for being part of the club and for continuing to explore these wines with us.
Here’s to a month of lively glasses, shared tables, and small moments worth celebrating.
Cheers,
Holly

Fermentation is long and gradual, with successive additions during harvest, allowing the wine to build complexity over time. Aged for 11 months on full lees in stainless steel, it gains texture while preserving freshness. Bottled without filtration and made with a fully natural approach.

Club pick 2

A white blend from limestone soils in Volkach, led by Müller-Thurgau with Silvaner and Riesling. Grapes are foot-crushed and mostly direct-pressed, with a short maceration for a portion of the blend. Fermented with native yeasts and aged across stainless steel and oak, the wine rests on lees before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur, it shows a balanced, easygoing style.
