Envínate, which translates to "wine yourself," is the brainchild of four friends: winemakers Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and José Martínez. Their journey began in 2005 while studying enology at the University of Miguel Hernandez in Alicante. Following graduation, they established a winemaking consultancy that later blossomed into Envínate—a project dedicated to exploring distinctive parcels, primarily in the Atlantic-influenced regions of Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands.
