Sourced from three parcels of centenarian vines in La Corujera on Tenerife’s northeast coast, La Santa de Úrsula captures the island’s wild terrain and Atlantic energy. Fermentation varied by parcel—some carbonic, some whole-cluster, some destemmed—all blended and aged in neutral oak. Traditional farming, native yeasts, and zero filtration keep things honest.
