Domaine des Jeunes Pousses

Domaine des Jeunes Pousses is a small organic estate in Emeringes, Beaujolais, cultivating 3.3 hectares of Gamay across diverse soils. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically with gentle pruning and minimal soil disruption to support biodiversity. Grapes are hand-harvested, and wines are made with minimal intervention, using whole-cluster fermentation, spontaneous yeasts, and aging in stainless steel, fiberglass, or old wooden vats to express the purity of the terroir. The Domaine also mentors young winemakers, passing on knowledge and experience through hands-on vineyard stewardship.
