In the village of Mardeuil, just west of Épernay, Vincent Charlot of Charlot-Tanneux creates Champagne that’s as vibrant as it is unique. Farming 4.4 biodynamic hectares across 39 tiny plots, Vincent vinifies each one separately, highlighting the distinct personality of his diverse soils.

His vineyards are alive with over 90 species of plants and animals—some edible, perfect for a quick snack! Using spontaneous fermentations, minimal sulfur, and low dosages, Vincent crafts natural Champagnes that balance bright acidity with rich, textured depth.

With some cuvées as rare as 300 bottles, every sip tells the story of his land, his passion, and his dedication to authentic, terroir-driven winemaking.
