Club Pick 1

A unique, dry skin-contact white wine made from the indigenous Škrlet grape. Grown on a south-facing, sandy loam vineyard in Moslavina, this wine combines tradition with modern techniques. A portion of the grapes undergoes skin maceration for two weeks, resulting in a golden bronze color and a rich, textured profile. Naturally fermented and aged in inox tanks, it embodies a balance of freshness and complexity.

Škrlet

Baked apple, honey blossom, and clove on the nose, with flavors of peach, marmalade, and crystallized ginger, balanced by bright acidity.

Ivan Kosovec is a winemaker from Popovača in Croatia’s Moslavina region. He and his family own 3 hectares of vineyards, focusing on the indigenous Škrlet grape, along with Chardonnay, Zweigelt, Frankovka, and Pinot Noir. Ivan practices organic viticulture, using minimal copper and sulfur, and no synthetic chemicals or fertilizers. In the cellar, he follows a non-interventionist approach, fermenting with indigenous yeasts and avoiding additives like enzymes or fining agents. His wines reflect the terroir and his commitment to purity, with minimal sulfites added. Ivan’s philosophy, rooted in organic principles, has been unchanged since his first great vintage in 2011.

A vibrant, naturally crafted white wine made from 100% Malvasia Istriana. Grown on terraced, organically farmed vineyards near the Adriatic Sea, this wine is a testament to the Rodica family's dedication to sustainable practices. With 48 hours of skin maceration and natural fermentation, it is aged in acacia barrels and stainless steel, offering a fresh, unfiltered expression of Malvasia.

Meet Marinko Rodica, a man whose journey from car mechanic to passionate winemaker is as inspiring as the wines he creates. In 1998, Marinko decided to pursue a new chapter in life, turning his vision into reality by founding the Rodica family winery. What started as a dream quickly flourished, and by 2008, his winery was not only growing 60,000 vines but was also certified organic—a true testament to his commitment to sustainability. Fast forward to 2012, and Marinko completed a cutting-edge, energy-efficient wine cellar, further solidifying his dedication to environmentally conscious winemaking. A unique orange wine made from 100% Gewürztraminer, organically grown on the Grand Cru Kirchberg De Barr's limestone-rich soils. Macerated as whole bunches for 7 days, this wine preserves the floral character of Gewürztraminer while introducing refreshing salinity and structure. Produced with no added sulfites, it reflects the Goepp brothers' commitment to natural winemaking.

The Goepp family vineyard, founded in 1950, is now led by brothers Clement and Sylvain, who blend tradition with a fresh, organic vision for Alsatian wine. Their vineyards, certified organic since 2020, stretch across Barr, Bernardswiller, and Heiligenstein, showcasing Alsace’s treasured varietals like Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and the rare Klevener de Heiligenstein. With vines aged 30 to 60 years and harvested by hand, they craft wines without additives, letting the grapes’ natural purity shine. In their cellar, modern tanks sit beside century-old foudres, embodying their respect for tradition and commitment to the future of Alsace.

Club Pick 4

An extra brut style sparkling white wine gives just enough fizz without overpowering the crisp apples and minerals you also get on the palate. This is a fun and bit funky of a wine to put with creative foods or by itself.

Trebbiano

Lively citrus and green apple flavors with hints of peach, a delicate floral aroma of elderflower or chamomile, and subtle spice notes of white pepper and ginger.
