His passion led him to Le Chateaubriand in Paris, where he became a sommelier, fully immersing himself in the world of natural wines.  Meet Miroslav Kachyňa and Jan Kachyňa, a dynamic father-and-son winemaking duo from the picturesque Moravian village of Velké Bílovice. With a deep commitment to sustainability, they tend to their vineyards without systemic pesticides, favoring organic sprays like water glass and nettle. Their wines are lovingly aged in oak and acacia barrels, untouched by additives or clarification, resulting in pure, unadulterated expressions of their craft.
