A Word From Our Founder

Hey there,

There’s something magical about July. The light stretches longer, the days get a little slower (if we let them), and it feels like the perfect time to lean into the moment.

That’s the spirit behind this month’s 6-bottle club.

This lineup is bright, expressive, and full of personality, just like the season. There’s something to chill and sip in the sun, something wild to pour with friends, and something soulful to savor when the day winds down. This is the kind of mix that makes you want to open one just to see where it takes you.

Whether you’re pairing it with fresh tomatoes from the farmer’s market or a night under the stars, these wines are here to be part of your summer story.

We’re so glad you’re here.

Cheers,
– Holly

Edouard Laffitte's journey from the cooperative cellar of Estézargues to establishing Domaine Le Bout du Monde in the Pyrénées-Orientales reflects his passion for working the land. With Loïc Roure's offer to share the old cooperative cellar in Lansac, Edouard found his foothold, focusing on altitude and north-facing vines to preserve freshness and fruitiness while limiting alcohol content. The 7.7-hectare domain spans Lansac, Rasiguères, and Cassagnes, with vineyards on granite arenas, schists, and gneiss soils respectively. Embracing natural winemaking, including hand harvesting, carbonic maceration, and low-temperature vinification without filtration, Domaine Le Bout du Monde embodies a commitment to terroir-driven, artisanal wines.

Club Pick 2

A Syrah from the Chianti hills of Tuscany, that shows more elegance than muscle than you may find in a Rhône Syrah. Structured and smooth, bringing notes of ripe dark fruit, savory spices, and subtle Mediterranean herbs. Vines at this altitude experience cooler nights, contributing to the wines' lifted palate and bright acidity.

Pasta night, plant-based burgers, BBQ tofu Caponata, Stuffed grape leaves

Black plums, dried herbs, tea leaves, and a soft, peppery warmth.

Nestled in the hills of Chianti Classico, Tenuta La Novella is what happens when historic beauty meets deep ecological mindfulness. Their wines are honest-to-goodness Tuscan soul—biodynamic, handcrafted, and kissed by Mediterranean breezes. They're not just making wine—they’re nurturing a landscape. Each bottle feels like an invitation to slow down and savor something real. And honestly? We’re so glad they exist.

Club Pick 3

Yes, it’s named Ratatouille — and yes, it tastes like a backyard dinner party in the South of France. Dark berries, black olive, dried herbs, and a little smoky wink.

Roasted eggplant, wood-fired pizza, grilled burgers

Dark berries, dried herbs, black olives, a hint of smoke

Marc's 15 hectare vineyard plots are spread through La Palme and Leucate on clay soils and lime stone. Some are bordering a small lake, while others are close to a seaside cliff.

All the vines are farmed organically and the cellar is worked with minimum input, and with a great respect for life and nature. In the vineyards, he uses biodynamic practices without certification. The management includes careful pruning and tending of the wounds, homemade compost and soft ploughing.

In the winery, vinification happens naturally. Nothing is used to tamper with the juice during fermentation. In the spirit of our work in the vineyard, he doesn't use cultured yeast, de-acidify or fine his wines.

Club Pick 4

Clean, green, and totally serene. This is a chill white for your chill days. It’s fresh, floral, and a little zingy. No fluff. Just pure Glow Glow magic in a bottle.

Caesar salad, Green papaya salad, lemongrass chicken

Tastes like lemon zest, green apple, spring blossoms, soft mineral pop.

Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Scheurebe

Imagine if wine could glow with good vibes—well, it can. Meet Glow Glow, the brainchild of siblings Doro and Michael Benz, who took a look at traditional German winemaking and said, “Cool, but let’s make it fun.” They’re based in the Nahe, working tiny plots with big love, and crafting natty wines that are bright, hazy, electric, and absolutely full of life. Zero pretense, zero additives, just vibes. We’re seriously grateful to sip the joy they bottle.

Club Pick 5

Orange Crush is like your favorite throwback song—nostalgic, bright, and impossible not to love. It’s got that zippy, citrus energy from Pinot Gris, some floral perfume thanks to Muscat, and Riesling’s crisp backbone to keep it all fresh. Wild-fermented and lightly skin-contacted, this is the bottle you bring when you want people to ask what you’re drinking.

Tacos Al Pastor, Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Grilled Cheese With Tomato Soup.

Tangerine Zest, Fuzzy Peach, Jasmine Blossom, Wet Stone.

Bruno Trigueiro's journey to winemaking at Chemins de Bassac in Puimisson, France, represents a profound shift from his bustling life as an architect in Sao Paolo. Drawn by the promise of a healthier lifestyle and inspired by the dynamic atmosphere of Languedoc, Bruno and his wife Thama embraced the opportunity to manage the organic-certified estate in 2016. Transitioning from urban life to vineyard stewardship, they took full control in 2019, marking a significant milestone with Demeter certification and a commitment to natural winemaking practices. Rejecting enological additives in favor of trust in meticulous vineyard work, Bruno's ethos reflects personal experience, having overcome migraines by eschewing industrialized products.
