Made from 60% Cinsault and 40% Syrah, this organic and biodynamic wine undergoes a 10-day maceration with de-stemmed grapes, resulting in a light, juicy, and vibrant profile. Unfined, unfiltered, and made without added sulfur, it is a fresh, party-ready red that embodies the raw, joyful spirit of natural winemaking.

With 48 hours of skin maceration and natural fermentation, it is aged in acacia barrels and stainless steel, offering a fresh, unfiltered expression of Malvasia.
