A Word From Our Founder

Hey friend,

We’re deep into summer now and if you're anything like us, you're chasing the kind of moments that feel like they could last forever: golden hour hangs, spontaneous road trips, or just cooling off barefoot in the backyard with something refreshing in hand.

This month’s 3-bottle club is built for exactly that kind of vibe.
These wines aren’t just delicious, they’re little love notes from the winemakers to your glass. Unexpected, bright, and full of energy. One of them might surprise you (in the best way), another is straight-up joy, and the third... let's just say it's the kind of bottle you’ll wish you had more of.

We can’t wait for you to open these up on a warm night, with good people, or just a quiet moment to yourself.

With love and a chilled glass in hand,
– Holly

Edouard Laffitte's journey from the cooperative cellar of Estézargues to establishing Domaine Le Bout du Monde in the Pyrénées-Orientales reflects his passion for working the land. With Loïc Roure's offer to share the old cooperative cellar in Lansac, Edouard found his foothold, focusing on altitude and north-facing vines to preserve freshness and fruitiness while limiting alcohol content. The 7.7-hectare domain spans Lansac, Rasiguères, and Cassagnes, with vineyards on granite arenas, schists, and gneiss soils respectively. Embracing natural winemaking, including hand harvesting, carbonic maceration, and low-temperature vinification without filtration, Domaine Le Bout du Monde embodies a commitment to terroir-driven, artisanal wines.

Club Pick 2

Orange Crush is like your favorite throwback song—nostalgic, bright, and impossible not to love. It’s got that zippy, citrus energy from Pinot Gris, some floral perfume thanks to Muscat, and Riesling’s crisp backbone to keep it all fresh. Wild-fermented and lightly skin-contacted, this is the bottle you bring when you want people to ask what you’re drinking.

Bruno Trigueiro's journey to winemaking at Chemins de Bassac in Puimisson, France, represents a profound shift from his bustling life as an architect in Sao Paolo. Drawn by the promise of a healthier lifestyle and inspired by the dynamic atmosphere of Languedoc, Bruno and his wife Thama embraced the opportunity to manage the organic-certified estate in 2016. Transitioning from urban life to vineyard stewardship, they took full control in 2019, marking a significant milestone with Demeter certification and a commitment to natural winemaking practices. Rejecting enological additives in favor of trust in meticulous vineyard work, Bruno's ethos reflects personal experience, having overcome migraines by eschewing industrialized products.
