A Word From Our Founder

Hey you,

We packed a full case this month — and honestly, it feels like a passport, a playlist, and a backyard dinner all rolled into one.

Twelve bottles, each with a different voice. Different soil. Different weather. Different hands behind them. But all rooted in the same values: low-intervention, thoughtful farming, and the kind of honesty you can taste.

Here’s what you can expect:
🍇 Reds that span the globe — some bright and chillable, others deep and brooding.
🌞 Oranges that bring texture, spice, and serious sunshine energy.
💧 Whites that are clean and vibrant, like a breeze on a hot day.
🌸 A rosé that’s just begging for grilled veggies, cold noodles, or a beach towel.

This is a case made for June. For long days and open windows. For sharing. For slowing down. For learning something new about what’s in your glass — and where it came from.
Some bottles will surprise you. Some will feel like old friends. But all of them are here because they say something beautiful about where they’re from and who made them.

Thanks for trusting us with your wine journey. We love curating this box for you, and we hope it makes your summer even better.

With gratitude (and wine),
- Holly 🧡

Club Pick 1

Millefiori means “a thousand flowers,” and that’s exactly what this wine tastes like. A little unexpected, a lot beautiful. It’s part rosé, part structure, part sunshine. This year’s version is lighter than last year’s, but still brings that whisper of grip thanks to the Sagrantino.

Made from five organically farmed varietals across California — Négrette Rosé, Sagrantino, Cabernet Franc Rosé, Merlot, and Chenin Blanc — each piece was fermented on its own, then carefully blended into harmony. Nothing added but a gentle touch of sulfur to keep things fresh. Unfined, unfiltered, and totally full of life.

Fish Tacos, soft goat cheese on a baguette, fried chicken & hot honey

Fresh strawberries, lemon peel zing, white pepper on the finish, and a silky floral vibe that lingers. Imagine a watermelon rind, some wild herbs, and a barely-there tannic hum.

Margins stands at the forefront of California's burgeoning low-intervention wine movement, spotlighting grapes from overlooked regions, vineyards, and varietals. By championing vineyards often relegated to the sidelines, Margins challenges conventional perceptions and amplifies the diversity of California's viticultural landscape. Over the past five years, Margins has been instrumental in guiding small growers towards organic farming practices, fostering both environmental sustainability and agricultural change. Led by winemaker Megan Bell, Margins is more than a winemaking endeavor; it's a testament to the transformative power of embracing diversity and pushing boundaries in the world of wine.

Club Pick 2

Juicy. Chillable. Downright loveable. "Kes Ki Dit?" translates to “What’s he sayin’?” and the answer is: drink me right now. Light-bodied and zippy, perfect with a light chill.

If Beaujolais had a punk rock revival, Damien Coquelet would be headlining. Raised under the legendary wing of Georges Descombes, Damien took the reins young and never looked back. He’s flipping the script on Beaujolais with juicy, soulful wines that are as much heart as they are hustle. Low intervention, high energy, and 100% Beaujolais with edge. We’re forever fans of his fearless, grateful-for-the-earth approach.

Club Pick 3

Rustic red with Italian soul and a wild side. Juicy, slightly funky, and full of personality—like your friend who sings karaoke with zero fear. Great with food, easy enough to sip solo.

Marcobarba is the brainchild of Marco and Stefano, brought to life and nurtured by the "Barbaboyz" at Menti Winery in Gambellara. These dedicated individuals tend to small parcels of neglected vineyards, once owned by elderly widows. Their plots span the white sedimentary soils around Lonigo and the dark, volcanic terrain of Gambellara, while also contributing to Giovanni Menti Wines. Employing biodynamic practices, they cultivate grapes for Marco's production of approximately 40,000 bottles of Marcobarba wines annually, including fizzy white, still white, red, sparkling wine, and grappa.

Club Pick 4

Bright, bushy-tailed, and born for a picnic. Light, crunchy, and full of forest-floor feels—like walking barefoot through the woods with a bottle in your backpack.

Smallfry endeavors to be a beacon of creativity and quality, shaping the future of Barossa winemaking with integrity and pride.

Organic, handpicked Malbec and Tannat grapes grown in Argentinian vineyards 2,900 feet above sea level. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 9 to 12 months in second-use French oak barrels, this wine is smooth and juicy, fruit-forward, full and layered

Mole enchiladas, burgers with caramelized onions & blue cheese, or a pastrami sandwich with dijon mustard & pickles

Crushed blackberries, violets, wild thyme, and a hint of wet stone. Fruit-forward with firm, well-integrated tannins that add structure, and a present acidity that gives our palates a lift. A long and spicy finish, with notes of dark chocolate, cracked pepper, and a touch of vanilla

Maison Plantevin is like the friend who always brings the good wine to the barbecue. Based in the Southern Rhône, this family domaine has been keeping it real since the 1700s—balancing old-school values with a totally modern feel. Their wines are rich, sun-kissed, and effortlessly delicious. Nothing forced, just Rhône charm and hard-earned savoir-faire. We’re lucky to be along for this delicious, down-to-earth ride.

Maristerra is coastal vibes in bottle form. Zesty lime peel, green almond, wild herbs — it’s beachy, briny, and just complex enough to stop you mid-sip.

"Constantina Sotelo is a small winegrower from the Rias Baixas who makes unique albariños in a family micro winery that is located in a village in the Salnés Valley, specifically in Castrelo (Cambados), a place known as the birthplace of Albariño.

We started this project in 1999 driven by the support of the whole family and headed by Constantina Sotelo, a project that has not been exempt from setbacks, concerns ... but with the conviction of creating something unique and unconventional, where we return the prominence that our vineyards deserve, reflecting in each glass respect for our terroir, where honesty and minimal intervention reign.- Constantina Sotelo"

Club Pick 8

They call it white wine—but it drinks like a red.

This liter of Zini breaks all the rules in the best way. A skin-contact white made in Burgenland, Austria, it gets its rosy hue and punchy flavor from extended time with the grape skins—just like red wine. Bright, wild, and alive with energy, Zini is full of stone fruit, citrus peel, and a subtle savory edge. It's zippy, gluggable, and made for sharing.

If you put down a ball with us, it will stay where it is. That's because we're at the lowest point in Austria, so nothing moves without a nudge. We too are completely at peace here and in the middle of the universe .This is due to the innate fascination for the far-flung landscape with 360 degrees of all-round visibility and 180 degrees of sky. In that sense, we're more Buddhists than Rolling Stones. Free spirits, not city frocks. This also characterizes our wines, which tell of it in their very own way. Depending on origin and gradation, very simple and down-to-earth , straightforward and typical or stubborn, unmistakable and free . - Ziniel

Club Pick 9

A super fun twist on a white blend — crisp, slightly wild, and way too easy to sip. Think citrus peel, pink grapefruit, and a hint of wild herbs, with just enough edge from the Syrah to keep it funky-fresh. It’s the kind of bottle that makes you wish golden hour lasted forever.
