Florence, a fifth generation winemaker, took over Chateau Coujan from her father in 2008. She converted the winery to organics and turned it to an oasis of biodiversity and she manages the winery including her boyfriend, the chef de cave, her daughter and the rest of the team.

In 2008, Florence, the fifth generation of winemakers, assumed control of Chateau Coujan from her father. Under her stewardship, the winery underwent a transformation to embrace organic practices, evolving into a sanctuary of biodiversity. Alongside her boyfriend, who serves as the chef de cave, and her daughter, Florence leads the management of the estate, supported by a dedicated team.
