Sourced from the biodynamic Gemtree Vineyard in McLaren Vale, this wine sees four days of skin contact before aging in seasoned French oak for 11 months. Native ferment, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur. Bold, zippy, and loaded with tropical energy — it’s a texture-forward white that punches well above its weight.
