This Italian white is dry but refreshing, with a little haze! A rocky minerality with hints of pineapple and other tropical fruit. Every sip is full of taste followed by a super clean finish. Would be very yummy paired with a fish pasta!

The Producer

About Vini di Giovanni

Giovanni Mesina moved with his family to Umbria when he was a child. Both his father and grandfather were shepherds, so naturally Giovanni followed their paths, and to this day, he still watches over a small flock, while also making great natural wine! Covering less than three hectares on the rolling hills of Pianello, Giovanni takes care of his sheep on organic soil shared with olive trees, which he also uses to make his own oil. On this land, there is also small rows of grapevines of a mix of typical varieties of the region. Giovanni’s wines are very special, from the labels which are made from grass to the juice itself! He produces in a strict natural way with a minimalist approach, making sure each wine is balanced and superb.
