Sourced from the top-tier Eisner vineyard in Burgenland, this wine is fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in large Stockinger barrels. The result is a light, fresh red with vibrant acidity, ripe red fruit aromas, and subtle earthy undertones.

The use of a vertical basket press, applied with gentle pressure akin to a handshake, extracts only the finest juice. This meticulous process, coupled with Tschida's practice of returning must and juice to the vines, underscores his commitment to sustainable viticulture, nurturing his family's legacy for future generations.
