The Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc each spend 9 to 21 days fermenting on their skins before aging primarily in stainless steel, with a small portion resting in neutral French oak. Bright, textured, and easy to drink, it balances juicy fruit with fresh acidity and gentle tannins.
