Carbonic-fermented Pinot Noir and Merlot deliver bright, juicy fruit, while skin-fermented Pinot Gris adds texture and lift. Gamay Noir, fermented semi-carbonically in concrete, rounds out the blend with fresh berry character. Aged for six months in stainless steel before bottling, this easygoing wine is lively, refreshing, and made for relaxed meals shared with friends.
