I Am the Ninja is a drier, more structured take on pét-nat from 64-year-old dry-farmed Chenin vines on sandstone soils in Piketberg. Fermented naturally in stainless steel and bottled with 30 g/L residual sugar to finish fermentation in bottle, this wine is hand-riddled and disgorged after 11 months on lees. Zero additions, no SO₂, just playful sparkle with a serious core — classic Testalonga.
