Having had a few years in the bottle this wine is incredibly refined and complex! With pink pepper, fennel, and clove spice notes on the nose, the texture is fine, almost chalky with a powdery, some tannin from the skin contact, and a saline, mineral, and iodine characteristic.

Lovely orange peel and raspberries on the palate with a long finish.
