An orange wine from a single biodynamic-certified vineyard in the Venice area, where clay, sand, and chernozem soils meet fresh sea breezes from the nearby lagoon. Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are co-fermented and aged for 4–5 months in concrete tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
