An aromatic Mediterranean white from organically farmed vines near the coast in Baix Penedès. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and macerated briefly on skins before pressing to stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is then aged in partially filled French oak barrels under a veil of flor for a year, developing savory depth and texture. Bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur, it balances lifted aromatics with a nutty, saline complexity and fresh acidity.

In the cellar, they practice the art of minimal intervention winemaking, allowing native yeasts to guide fermentation and refraining from adding any additives, fining, or filtration, eschewing even the addition of SO2.
