A pale, co fermented clarete from organically farmed vineyards in Terra Alta. White and red Garnatxa are harvested separately, with short skin macerations before fermenting together in stainless steel. The wine rests on gross lees and is bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur. Light in color but structured, it combines red fruit brightness with subtle grip and a savory, mineral edge.

In the cellar, they practice the art of minimal intervention winemaking, allowing native yeasts to guide fermentation and refraining from adding any additives, fining, or filtration, eschewing even the addition of SO2.
