A Jura Chardonnay aged sous voile–a traditional Juranian practice where a film of yeast forms on the surface of wine during aging, protecting it from excess oxidation. The outcome, you ask? Lightly oxidative notes alongside bright citrus, stone fruit, and texture without heaviness

Soft and medium bodied, with an energized acidity. Notes of crisp green apple drizzled in lemon juice, toasted hazelnuts, bruised apples, toast, salt, and a long, oxidatively nutty finish
