




La Bella 2023
La Bella comes from a single vineyard planted in 1945, perched on white granitic sand (Sauló) with a cool north-facing exposure. This skin-contact white is a study in restraint and texture: grapes are destemmed and macerated for 11 days, then fermented in steel and a touch of neutral oak before resting on lees for nearly a year. No fining, filtering, or sulfur — just the quiet energy of old vines and Mediterranean breeze captured in a bottle.
