A bright, direct-press Pinot Gris from a certified organic single vineyard in the Willamette Valley. Whole clusters are pressed directly to barrel and fermented naturally on full lees for seven months before bottling, creating a wine with freshness, texture, and quiet complexity. Crisp citrus, gentle creaminess, and a saline edge make this an elegant, easygoing white with plenty of character.
