A wine with dirt under its nails and heart on its sleeve.

Born from a chance vineyard discovery on the way to a square dance (yes, really), Rugged Heart is what happens when fate, farming, and deep friendship collide. Co-farmed with the legendary Larry Makjavich on a plot that’s pure Santa Cruz grit and grace, this wine is a love letter to the land and the people who tend it. Made with minimal intervention and maximum feeling.

It’s soulful, layered, and outdoorsy in spirit—like a red flannel, campfire kind of red. Built for moments that matter, and people who’ve weathered a little life.

Juicy plum and tart cranberry meet forest floor and worn leather. Silky and savory with a flicker of mountain breeze on the finish.
