A classic Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc built around purity and terroir. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks produces a precise minerality and and sharp fruit flavors, while a period of lees aging creates a slightly weighted body. The two handprints on the label represent the winemaker’s daughters, symbolizing the family’s move from Paris to the Loire to begin their wine journey.

Citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, dewy grass, and a chalky minerality. A medium body and high acidity, for an easy-to-pair food wine

About Domaine Carlin Pinson (Nicolas Carlin)

Meet Nicolas Carlin—the San Francisco of Sancerre. Born and bred in Paris, he began life in software before the vineyards called his name. Summers spent among vines in Crézancy-en-Sancerre (where his heart truly belonged) pulled him toward the cellar, eventually leading him to study enology in Beaune and digitized dreams taking root among the Loire’s clay–limestone hills.

In 2010, Nicolas and his wife Alix (daughter of Jack Pinson, founder of Domaine de la Voltonnerie) took over the family estate. A year later, they launched their own label: Manoline—a sweet mashup of their daughters’ names, Manon and Caroline. The two handprints on the label? A visual wink to Paris and Sancerre coming together—and to the balance, structure, and downright love poured into each bottle.
