âLight bodied red for your late summer blues. Bright and fresh, full of wild raspberries and white pepper. This is the sole red wine we make, and we still managed to throw 15% white fruit in it.â âThis is a little crazy, but this was actually our last pick of the year. The cooler Steelhead run site really bumps out the hang time of Syrah, giving it pretty crazy flavor development capabilities.â âCo-fermented for only 7 days on the skins, with sparing punchdowns before being pressed off. Primary fermentation finished in stainless steel and then moved into neutral french oak barrels. Drink with Margherita pizza, doiiiii.â â Ross + Bee Maloof, Maloof Wines
