Mae Son Limited Edition 3-Pack

Three distinct wines from Mae Son, Matteo Furlani’s project in Trentino-Alto Adige, Northern Italy.

Vino Leggero – A 9.5% ABV skin-contact Chardonnay, harvested early and given six days on the skins before spontaneous fermentation in steel. Fresh, structured, and built around acidity and minerality.

Mae Son White – Müller-Thurgau fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Highly aromatic, with bright, spicy fruit and tight minerality.

Frizzante Red – A lightly sparkling blend of Pavana, Rosara, Negrara, and Turca, with 20 days of skin contact, six months in barrel, and a second fermentation in bottle.

Mae Son is Matteo Furlani’s six-hectare project on the slopes around Trento, where he farms organically with biodynamic practices and works with both international and indigenous varieties. The name is a family reference, built from the initials of Matteo, Annalisa, Alessia, and Edoardo, with a nod to “my son” and the French maison, meaning “my home.”
