This reserve barrel selection captures the pure essence of the vineyard. Grown organically with biodynamic practices, the wine was crafted using spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention. Its vivid character shines with fresh, herbaceous notes reminiscent of cut grass and wild herbs, while maintaining a crisp and focused profile. With a clean, stony finish, this unfiltered and unfined wine is both bold and refreshing, offering a rare glimpse into a cooler, more traditional winemaking style. Vegan-friendly, low in sulphites, and with virtually no residual sugar.

 

Fresh and pungent, slightly fragrant of cut grass and herbs, not at all sherry-like. It is stony and severe, more like Chablis from another, cooler era.
