A biodynamic, minimal-intervention Roussanne from clay–limestone terraces near Puimisson. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented in concrete tanks, and aged 5 months, then bottled by gravity without fining or filtration.

Generous aromas of honeysuckle, cantaloupe, orchard fruit, white flowers, wild honey; round and harmonious palate with fresh acidity and mineral undertones.
