A non-traditional orange wine blending 45% Pinot Blanc, 40% Pinot Gris, and 15% GewĂŒrztraminer from three vintages (2019, 2020, and 2022). Crafted with minimal intervention, this biodynamic wine undergoes 6–7 days of skin contact, showcasing vibrant tropical fruit, tangerine, and a hint of dried green plum. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
