Organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon from Dry Creek Valley provides structure and concentration, while old-vine, dry-farmed Zinfandel from Mendocino adds spice and plush fruit. Native fermentation, extended maceration, and 26 months of aging in Bordeaux barrels create a balanced wine with refined tannins and a supple finish. Filtered but not fined.
