A vibrant, natural red blend dominated by 80% Ploussard, with 15% Trousseau and 5% Savagnin. Crafted by Patrice Béguet in the Jura, this wine is made using biodynamic practices with a mix of full-bunch and destemmed maceration, creating a textured, complex profile. Aged partially in oak, it bursts with wild berry flavors, earthy notes, and a touch of spice, embodying the electric style of Patrice's winemaking.

Wild strawberries, raspberries, hints of violet, earth, and a spicy edge.
