A distinctive orange made from 100% estate-grown Savagnin. Inspired by a Charles Mingus tune, it undergoes 6 months of gentle skin contact, creating an infusion-like maceration that results in a cloudy, ethereal white appearance rather than the typical amber hue of orange wines. Aged for 9 months in a combination of steel and spent barriques, this biodynamic wine is a true reflection of Patrice Beguet's minimalist and artistic approach.

Aromas of yellow berries, white flowers, and ginger, with hints of melon, orange peel, and honey. On the palate, it is fresh, fluid, with a pleasant balance of sweet and bitter tones.
