Combining 60% Gamay from the Loire, 30% Grenache from Ventoux, and 10% Trousseau from Jura, this wine undergoes a mix of direct pressing, long maceration, and four-week maceration. Aged for seven months in oak barrels and tanks, it offers depth, roundness, and a distinct brightness, showcasing Patrice's artistic approach to natural winemaking.

Notes of pomegranate, blackberry, and spice, with a lively, fresh character and smooth texture.
