Timotheus 2022
From 40-year-old vines grown on limestone, slate, gravel, and sand, this is a textured, structured white blend with energy and depth. One-third of the grapes ferment on the skins for three weeks, while the rest are direct-pressed, then re-blended. Fermented in used 500L barrels and aged for 12 months with no batonnage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfur.
Expect a dry, serious wine with grip and tension—clean fruit, mineral backbone, and layered complexity. Only 1–2 tons per hectare harvested.
Natural, no-nonsense, and built to impress.
