

Benje Blanco 2024
A high elevation volcanic white from old, untrained vines in Santiago del Teide. Farmed organically and harvested by hand, the fruit comes from pie franco parcels rooted in Atlantic-influenced soils. Most of the grapes are pressed directly, with a portion macerated on skins before aging in concrete and old French barrels on fine lees. No sulfur is added during élevage, and the wine is bottled unfiltered, capturing a smoky, mineral expression shaped by ocean winds and altitude.
