Bañeres, known for his limited-production wines, sought to make his craft more accessible through this collaboration. The resulting wines, crafted sans soufre, showcase the true essence of grape, soil, and climate, embodying a clean and easy-drinking character. Drawing from childhood memories shared by Alex's grandfather, the wines are aptly named after insects found in organic vineyards, adding a touch of nostalgia and whimsy to each bottle.
